Brad Starkey-Owens is a Neurodivergent & Queer Artist, Designer, & Educator, with special interests in Horror movies, baseball, and Disability Justice proudly working, living, and parenting in Vallejo, California.

Brad has worked for over a decade toward designing Neurodiversity-centered and Dis/abled-determined learning spaces and communities, in and outside of public and traditional school systems. His Art and Design work has been exhibited in galleries, publications, and conferences nationally.
